That is, the complexity of the system and operation can be reduced; the water treatment system and equipment are omitted, the thermal efficiency of the system is improved, and the maintenance workload of equipment and pipelines is reduced. That is, the initial investment and operating costs of the heating system can be reduced.

Thermal oil precautions:

1. After the new machine is installed, the oil pipeline must be purged with compressed air to blow away residual moisture, iron filings, sand and other impurities in the pipe, and then add special cleaning oil for 1-2 hours. Then stop and check and clean the filter, and repeat the operation until there is no impurity in the filter, and drain the cleaning oil.

2. Inject the heat transfer oil into the system, open the pump for about half an hour, drive off the air bubbles in the system, and then heat up. The temperature is gradually increased at a rate of 20 ° C per hour, and the temperature is constant at 130 ° C for about 2 hours to remove the water vapor in the system. When all aspects of the system show normal stability, it continues to heat up to the expected operating temperature.

3. When starting up, the pump should be turned on first, so that the oil circuit is normally cycled, and then the heating system is turned on. When stopping, the heating should be stopped first, and the circulating oil should be naturally cooled to a certain temperature. When the temperature is about 100 °C, the pump is stopped.

The product is refined by advanced technology and has passed the GB23971-2009 national type test. L-QC320 synthetic heat transfer oil has the characteristics of low viscosity, high density and less impurities. The oxidation resistance is up to 400 minutes, and the annual coking rate is only one in ten thousand. The thermal stability is superior to the mineral heat transfer oil, and the fluidity is strong and the energy consumption is low. The maximum temperature can reach 320 °C. Widely used in waterproof materials, textiles, wood, chemicals, carbon, asphalt mixing plants and other industries.
