Ordinary synthetic L-QB280 or L-QB300 heat transfer oil. Of course, units with economic conditions can also choose better thermal stability, allow the use of higher temperature L-QC, even L-QD heat transfer oil, but need to use closed loop system to get better use. life.

Example 2: The maximum operating temperature is 280 ° C ~ 300 ° C, the temperature control requirements are not too high, the user of the intermittent operation system.

For the heat-transfer oil that is intermittently operated, since the temperature change method at the time of stopping is large, it is prone to reaction such as overheating, oxidation, and the like to deteriorate the deterioration of the oil. Therefore, it is preferable to use a heat-conductive oil having a maximum allowable use temperature of at least 30 ° C higher than the actual use temperature. Therefore, such users can use L-QC310, L-QC320, L-QD330 and other heat transfer oils, and use a closed loop system. In addition, if the external environment temperature is low, it is advisable to use a heat-conducting oil with good low-temperature fluidity and low kinematic viscosity.
